Some pics of the first 1/2 of our month:
Nani & Poppa sold their house that they have lived in since moving to California (almost 24 years!) and relocated to a beautiful one story house just 10 minutes north of their old place. Their new backyard is HUGE and has room for a pool, hot tub, 3 organic flower beds and more! Nani invited the kids over one afternoon to help her plant seeds.
They had a blast and always ask to check on their plants when we are on our way over!
Daddy and Cole were checking out their new fridge for a water line.
The boys putting up a tv mount
Cole found one of daddy's hats
Sweet kiddos at the playground one chilly morning
He did this all himself on the first try!
So sister had to try it, too!
Playing hairdresser with powertools
They thought they were clever!
We took Daddy to a place called Stone Farms in Escondido for an early Fathers Day celebration. It is where they grow the vegetables/herbs to use at the Stone Brewery restaurants. They had a stage for live music, pizza oven, chickens and beer :) We had a fun afternoon!
Cole wanted to push Sydney in the swing
We were at a playdate right next to Nani's school so got to visit her and eat lunch with her! I don't think the kids ate anything while we were there as they were too busy playing with all of her fun things in her classroom.
Sydney and Cole traded Halloween outfits one afternoon. Meet Cole the princess and Sydney the pirate.
Riding on bob the builder after we left Babies R Us
This girl! Her naps are hit or miss. She always has 'quiet' time in her room though. This day I found her asleep in her bed underneath her umbrella.
Oh. my. word. While we were packing, Sydney found this gown from her baptism (that was waaaaay too big for her then). She put it on and wanted to wear it everywhere! This was her outfit for most of the day. We did have some errands to run so I made her put pants on since it was so see through. A few times I caught a glimpse of her in a store I would just start laughing. She's too much!
