Christmas Eve

Sydney and Cole helping make Jesus' birthday cake.  This recipe has been passed down from my mom's side of the family.

We went to church at 4 with Nani & Poppa and then Bubba and Hollie came over for dinner!  Nani made Pop's sauce and meatballs and we had ravioli with it!

Not too interested in pictures

"Ho Ho Ho"

She's yelling "ho ho ho" in these pictures :)

And then we tried to get the kids with Nani & Poppa.  As you can see, it wasn't happening!!  We should have tried before church!!

Probably our best one!

And...Cole's done!

So we took a picture of Nani and Poppa!

And then the kids wanted back in....

That worked so well we thought it would be a great time for family pictures :) Ha!

And, that's the best we got :)  Maybe next year...

After dinner we had Jesus' birthday cake

And got to open up one gift from Nani & Poppa - new jammies for everyone!!

He LOVED this hat!

Elves passing out presents

Helping Hollie unwrap hers...

My mom showed up and we were dressed exactly alike!!  Gray sweater dress, black leggings and black boots!

Sugar them up with cake and then bed!

Merry Christmas Eve!

Phone pictures

Cleaning out the phone and here are some fun phone pics from Oct/Nov/Dec I don't think I have put here:

Daddy dressed Cole in his overalls one day.   So cute!

I think this was from September or October based on our short sleeves at night.  Daddy surprised us with a fire and we had smores for dessert!

They sat like this having snack.  So sweet.

Hanging on the couch.  Sydney always asks to hold Cole and to have him sit on her lap.

Taking a break at the bottom of the stairs

Again, wanting to have Cole sit on her lap.  I don't think she realizes he is almost as big as her!

Cole wanted to wear Sydney's my little pony dress!!  :)

Making sugar cookies for Christmas

We made gluten free sugar cookies this year so Sydney could eat them without her stomach bothering her and the dough was super sticky so we (I) opted to just make them circles instead of using cookie cutters.

They were SO proud of themselves for "face painting" with markers :)

Chargers Game

My dad gave us tickets to the Chargers v Broncos game on December 14th.  We dropped the kids off at Nanis house for most of the day and headed down to the Q!

Dave smoked pork babyback ribs and grilled some sausages for our tailgate party.  Poppa hooked us up with GREAT parking!

We got on the field for the pregame practice.  So fun after not being to a game in over 4 years!

Fun atmosphere!

Although the Chargers lost, we had a great afternoon!
